Questions
Is it free?
Yes.
Where do downloads happen?
With the extension and PC helper installed, on your own computer. Otherwise on our server, which deletes each file a few minutes after you download it.
Why did a download fail?
Sites change often and sometimes block downloads for a while. Try again later, or try a lower quality. Private, members-only and some age-restricted videos can't be downloaded.
Can I download a whole playlist?
Yes. Paste the playlist link, pick the videos, and download them as one zip. You can also paste several links at once.
Is it legal?
It depends on what you download and where you live. Only save content you own or have permission to save. See the terms.
What does it do with my data?
Very little. See the privacy policy.
